STERLING AVIATION ART
AEROSPACE FINE ART
AEROSPACE FINE ART
Raised in a small farm outside of Edmonton Alberta, my involvement with art, evolved into fascination with vehicle artwork- specifically in the aviation realm, at around 14 years old. The beauty of flight, composed with the complexity and mechanical genius of machinery, invokes the fascination that all fellow aviation enthusiasts enjoy.
In enhancing the quality of my work, came about the creation of Sterling Aviation Art In 2022. By participation in airshows, art galleries, and having my work displayed and sold in museums across canada, I have gained experience and exposure, in hopes of having my work available throughout Canada. I am currently going to school for aircraft maintenance in Calgary Alberta, and I am blessed with the opportunity of furthering my experience with aviation. The objective of Sterling Aviation Art, is to grow my skill with every piece created, for me and fellow aviation enthusiasts to appreciate.
Of Western Canada
I’ve had the privilege of working with the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada in Winnipeg, a world-class institution dedicated to preserving Canada’s rich aviation history. They have generously chosen to carry both my art prints and postcards in their gift shop—each piece illustrating iconic and historical aircraft. I’m truly grateful for their support and investment in my work.
I've also have had the privilege of working with the Alberta Aviation Museum and it's staff in Edmonton, to have both my art prints and postcards available on display and for sale. The postcards available feature aircraft on display at the museum, and can be found in their gift shop.
In this upcoming October of 2025, I will be having the pleasure of having much of my work displayed in a solo exhibition at the Wild Skies Art Gallery at the Edmonton International Airport, YEG. I am thoroughly looking forward to this event; the exhibition will be a large milestone in the journey of my creation of art, as this will be the first time my art will have been displayed in a public gallery.
